No. crownph strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a violation of crownph's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" feature or contact our support team for assistance.

On the crownph login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox. Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it. crownph supports the most popular payment methods used by Filipino players. You can deposit using GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). crownph does not accept credit card deposits or any form of cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount on crownph varies by payment method. For GCash and Maya, the minimum deposit is ₱100. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification steps in line with our Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations. All deposit amounts are in Philippine Peso.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your crownph account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times, typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours during business hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

crownph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside crownph's control and are not refundable by crownph.

Make sure your withdrawal account details match the name on your crownph account — mismatched details will cause delays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours after approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank usually take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's clearing schedule. Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount on crownph is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional documentation as part of our compliance process.
