1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and crownph ("crownph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the crownph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

crownph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the crownph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of crownph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the crownph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. crownph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the crownph Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all crownph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one crownph account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. crownph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify crownph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• KYC Verification: crownph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

crownph reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the crownph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: crownph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the Platform's cashier page.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your crownph wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to crownph's anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: crownph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests. crownph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at crownph's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

crownph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• crownph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• crownph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in error, through fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the crownph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All crownph games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published transparently for all applicable games.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, crownph reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. crownph's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Acceptance: crownph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a bet was placed in error, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.
• Disconnection: crownph is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end during a game session. Where possible, game sessions are preserved and can be resumed upon reconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crownph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to crownph immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including card counting software, hole-carding tools, or any other device or method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your crownph account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.

8 Responsible Gaming

crownph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without judgment.

crownph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement is not met.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the crownph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of crownph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of crownph.
• The crownph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of crownph. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to crownph regarding the Platform may be used by crownph without any obligation to compensate you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

crownph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your crownph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit crownph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

crownph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by crownph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

crownph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and crownph cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

crownph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, crownph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

crownph operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Disputes relating to game outcomes or platform conduct may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
